Two passengers were taken to hospital after their car overturned along the Pan-Island Expressway, towards Tuas, on Wednesday afternoon (May 8).
The police told Stomp in response to queries that they were alerted to the car accident at 3.03pm.
"An eight-year-old boy and a 72-year-old woman were conscious when conveyed to National University Hospital and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital respectively," added a police spokesman.
Stomper Carrick said the accident occurred near the Jurong Town Hall exit and contributed a photo that shows the car lying on its side.
Police investigations are ongoing.
