The fifth suspect in connection to the Molotov cocktail case at St James Power Station, was arrested on Monday (Oct3), Police said in a press statement today (Oct 4).
The suspect Daryl Tay Kai Long, 26, is due to appear in court on Wednesday (Oct 5) to face charges.
Tay, together with four other suspects allegedly hurled Molotov cocktails at the main entrance of Bounce in St James Power Station on Sept 13.
The four other suspects have since been charged with one count of committing mischief by fire.
Police said that the attack is believed to "an act of revenge arising from a previous dispute between one of the suspects and the staff of one of the entertainment outlets at St James Power Station."
