A flash flood occurred at Toh Tuck Avenue after the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) exit this morning (Jun 26).
At around 9am, Public Utilities Board (PUB) tweeted that there were flash floods at Toh Tuck Avenue, although vehicles were still able to pass through.

At around 10.50am, PUB announced in another tweet that the flash floods had subsided.

In a video shared by Stomper Ivy, the road is seen flooded with water as vehicles passed through.
