A 38-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after an accident with a lorry along the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) towards Tuas on Monday morning (Oct 26).
The police said they were alerted to the hit-and-run accident at 8.06am
The motorcyclist was conscious when taken to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
Stomper Lim, who shared a video of the accident scene, said he saw a motorcycle lying on the road when he passed by at around 8.40am.
He added: "The ambulance and the police were there.
"There was a traffic jam from Choa Chu Kang Way to Tuas."
Police are investigating the incident.
