A 28-year-old personal mobility device (PMD) rider was taken to hospital after an accident with a car along Lorong 5 Toa Payoh on Friday night (Nov 1).
Stomper Wei Sien alerted Stomp to the incident that happened opposite Block 75.
In the photos, paramedics are seen attending to a man lying on the road in front of a silver car as passers-by watch on.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at about 10.42pm.
The PMD rider, a 28-year-old man, was conscious when taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, a police spokesman said.
Police investigations are ongoing.
