Stomper Low was outraged to be charged $11.40 for a plate of bee hoon and six ngoh hiang ingredients yesterday (Jan 7).
His meal was purchased from a stall at Bock 183, Toa Payoh Central.
Said the Stomper: "Would you pay $11.40 for this? It's daylight robbery.
"To make things worse, the food wasn't nice and the sotong balls were stale."
Based on photos from Low, his six ingredients are: luncheon meat, tau gua, sotong balls, century egg, Chinese sausage and prawn crackers.
Do you think his meal was overpriced or reasonable?
