Monday morning (Nov 13) proved to be rather eventful when it came to traffic accidents, with the most widely-reported one being a 12-vehicle chain collision that occurred on the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE).
The accident, which took place at about 7.10am, involved at a van, a taxi, five cars and five motorcycles.
No injuries were reported but there was a massive two-hour jam.
However, it was not the road accident that happened that fateful day.
At 11.40am, a tow truck crashed into a bus stop along Sixth Avenue.
An ambulance was dispatched to the scene but no one was injured.
According to the Land Transport Authority's @LTAtrafficnews Twitter account, accidents were also reported on the Tampines Expressway, Central Expressway, Ayer Rajah Expressway, Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway, Bukit Timah Expressway and Seletar Expressway.
