A 16-year-old boy is assisting police with investigations after video clips showed a youth throwing an oBike and ofo bike of a bridge.
In response to Stomp's media queries, a police spokesman confirmed that a report was lodged and police investigations are ongoing.
In the first Instagram story video that several Stompers alerted Stomp to, the teenager is wearing an orange T-shirt and black shorts when he is seen throwing an ofo bicycle from the bridge into the river.
He then laughs while taking a puff from a cigarette.
In a second video, the same boy is seen wearing a white T-shirt and tossing an oBike off the same bridge.
