Three people were injured in an accident involving two cars along Geylang Bahru at around 3.30pm yesterday (May 28).
A Stomper alerted Stomp to what happened and sent us photos of the accident's aftermath.
Both cars were wrecked in what looked to be a head-on collision with each other. Their bonnets were smashed and and there was debris on the road.
In a telephone interview, the Stomper said that the airbags of both cars had been activated.
He is unclear what led to the accident and if anyone injured.
Said the Stomper:
"I am quite curious as to how the cars hit each other on the front when they are supposed to be travelling in the same direction on the road."
In response to a Stomp query, an SCDF spoksesperson said:
"SCDF was alerted at about 4.15pm and dispatched 1 fire engine, 1 red rhino, 1 fire bike, 3 ambulances and 1 support vehicle.
"There was no person trapped.
"3 casualties were conveyed to TTSH."
